What if the phone is not working?

Below is an example of how to resolve the phone issue, as it stems from your PC setup rather than the software itself.

The guide starts with simple troubleshooting steps and progresses to more advanced PC checks, all supported by visual aids.

Make sure your PC volume is turned up.
Click on the volume icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and adjust the slider.

If you're using a microphone or the standard built-in on your PC.
Ensure your microphone is plugged in correctly and working.
You can test it by using another app (like Voice Recorder or Zoom) to see if it’s picking up sound.

If you’re using headphones or external speakers, ensure they are connected properly and the volume is turned up. Try testing the audio with a Youtube video, if it has sounds they work!

Sometimes, a simple restart fixes many issues. Restart your computer and try again to see if the sound works during your call.

Let's take a look at your chrome sounds settings
1. Make sure App.buildbetterfunnels.io is the only tab open for this test
2. Make sure you are logged in to the platform
3. Press the three "Dots" in the top right
Once it opens up press "Settings"

Once you're inside settings press the 
"Privacy and Security" tab, it has a Shield Icon
Underneath you will find a video:
Please ensure you have these settings on - The video will show the steps in chronological order like listed below!
1. The right microphone selected in the dropdown menu
2. Have the setting "Sites can ask to use your microphone" Activated
3. Down in the section "Allowed to use your microphone" Make sure app.buildbetterfunnels.io is allowed
4. Make sure as shown in the video that "app.buildbetterfunnels.io" has the right settings on

Follow the example below and ensure your microphone is allowed.
Once it opens up press "Settings"

Try to use the software in Incognito
If this does not work it might entail that it is your pc settings and not chrome.
Once it opens up press "New Incognito Window"

Once you're in the Incognito browser
Open up our software and login - Then try and use the phone system!
App.buildbetterfunnels.io
If it ask's for permission to use the microphone press "Allow"
If it works it is some settings in your current chrome browser that needs to be fixed.

Now login and try the phone system.

(This guide is for Mac)
The first step to ensuring your sound drivers are up to date is to check for any available macOS updates, as Apple often includes driver updates in their general software updates.

Steps:

1. Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen.
2. Select “System Preferences” from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on “Software Update”.
4. If an update is available, you’ll see an option to “Update Now” or “Upgrade Now”.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any updates.

(This guide is for Mac)

3. Click on “Sound”.
4. Check if you have the right output on

Depending on if the phone has "Stopped working" or if it has never "Worked"
1. If it stopped working clear cache accordingly to the time it stopped working ex: 1 day ago
2. If it never worked try clearing Cache for all time
